Facial Study by Andrewnewtonart Facial Study by Andrewnewtonart
Here I am studying the facial composition of a friend, who is in between thoughts.
Again im cropping the image so the eyes and facial product is used for a means for arts sake, and to create an almost map of inperfection skin surface.

I enjoyed working with this expression as its rare, and I kind of want and strive for unique expression not seen everyday.

Hmm... when I think about it. It looks a bit coputer animated. Like it's done on photoshop. But thats nit picking. Again.. it's just to feel better about myself.

Fuck... your paintings are good. Normally I try to find something negativ in any painter to feel better about myself. But I can't find anything. The teknike, the style, the komposition, the motives. It's perfect

Nice! Your style is very recognisable, and I mean that as a big compliment. I guess it's a big work? Looks like Mohammad without beard. Skin tones are great (as usual).

hey andrew

i like the details on this one, the cheeks particularly. it appears ever so slightly more softened / blended than your usual method, but not to the extent that the details are lost.
skin tones spot on too.
